**Processing Times**
All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply issues, we will notify you promptly via email.
**Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to all locations within the **United States** from our Dallas, Texas facility.

**International Shipping**
At this time, we only ship within the **United States**. If you are interested in international orders, please contact us at sales@e3tooling.com to discuss options.
**Order Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to **48 hours** for tracking information to become available.
**Lost or Damaged Packages**
E3 Tooling is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
**Shipping Address**
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
